Vibezy is an AI-powered creative platform that allows users to generate images, videos, audio, and other media content using artificial intelligence models. The Service is provided on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Credits and Payments

Credits are the virtual currency used to generate content on Vibezy. By purchasing credits:

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
  • Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers

Content Ownership and License

Content you create using Vibezy:

  • You retain ownership of the content you generate
  • You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content to provide the Service
  • Public content may be displayed in galleries and used for promotional purposes
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input data you provide

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Impersonate others or create misleading content
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes

Content Moderation

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
